Returns / Exchanges
Fox Media Systems reserves the right to qualify any return or exchange at anytime. Our goal is to exceed our customers expectations. The guidelines herein apply to all products unless otherwise stated.
Return Shipment Policy
All returns will be at the expense of the consumer unless otherwise stated.
Defective Products
In the event that a product is determined to be defective or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA), Fox Media Systems will do its best to promptly remediate the situation. Please contact our Support (support@foxmediasystems.com) to discuss the return/exchange options of the defective product.
Restocking Fee
Fox Media Systems charges a 15% restocking fee for cash refund returns.
Returns
All Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from their delivery date. Certain items may be required to be returned sooner than this, please be sure to check polices as noted on specialty items.
